Refund Policy

At CableNetConnect, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our cable TV and internet services.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You cancel a prepaid plan within the first 7 days of service and have not used more than 1GB of data or watched more than 2 hours of TV.
  • You are charged in error (e.g., duplicate billing, wrong plan charged).
  • There is a verified service outage lasting longer than 48 consecutive hours and no alternative solution was provided.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Partial month usage after the first 7 days
  • One-time activation or installation fees
  • Equipment fees (unless returned in original condition)
  • Promotional or discounted plans once activated

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at info@cablenetconnect.com
  • Provide your account number, reason for the request, and relevant details
  • Allow up to 5–7 business days for review and processing

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be:

  • Credited to your original payment method
  • Or applied as service credit (if preferred)

5. Disputed Charges

If you notice an unauthorized charge, notify us within 15 days. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for investigation or refund.


6. Changes to This Policy

CableNetConnect reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
